• We are open from 11am to 9pm daily throughout the year, including public holidays.

How to Get Here

• By Car: Enter Kitchener Road from either Serangoon Road or Jalan Besar. Turn right or left respectively to the front driveway of Parkroyal Hotel, drive straight through and turn left as indicated by the Carpark sign. The slope leading to the carpark will be on the left.

• By MRT: The nearest MRT station is Farrer Park on the North East Line. The North East Line can be reached by changing trains at Dhoby Ghaut on the North South Line or at Outram Park on the East West Line. Parkroyal Hotel is located opposite the exits of Farrer Park MRT Station.

For Customers who Drive

• Simply Spa customers who drive to Parkroyal Hotel are entitled to a complimentary parking coupon that can be used for complimentary parking in the hotel's carpark for the first two hours. Terms and conditions apply. Please enquire at our Spa's reception.
